Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Times & Rates
- Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3-5 business days after processing.
- Standard shipping is provided by USPS most of the time.
- Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and destination.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the U.S. only.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Delays & Lost Packages
- While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen carrier delays may occur.
