- Customers can choose to subscribe to a single product, multiple products, a curated four-pack, or any combination of available products.
- Subscription frequency options include deliveries every 30, 60, or 90 days.
Payment & Billing
- Subscription orders are automatically billed to the payment method on file at the time of processing.
- The subscription price includes an exclusive discount off the standard retail price.
- If a payment fails, the order will not be processed until payment is successfully updated.
Managing Your Subscription
- Customers can modify their subscription at any time through the “Manage Subscription” section of their account.
- You can update product selections, adjust delivery frequency, delay shipments, or cancel your subscription as needed.
- Changes must be made before the next billing cycle to take effect.
Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees.
- Cancellations must be made before the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.
- Subscription orders are subject to our standard return policy, must be unopened, and returned within 30 days for a refund.
