Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Times & Rates

• Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3-5 business days after processing.
• Standard shipping is provided by USPS most of the time.
• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
• Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and destination.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship within the U.S. only.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Delays & Lost Packages

• While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen carrier delays may occur.
